Meet Your Coaches

Megan Greulich
Megan Greulich has been a member of the FBF community since 2016 and became an owner in 2020. She coaches the 8:00am and 9:15am classes on various days throughout the week and brings a steady, encouraging presence to each session. Megan’s advice for anyone considering joining is to stick with it—she believes the most successful athletes are the ones who remain consistent over time. What she loves most about FBF is the incredible range of athletes, from beginners to elite competitors and ages 12 to 71, all of whom feel welcomed from day one. Outside the gym, Megan is a busy mom of four very active kids and is a proud Iowa State University alum.

John O’Dell
John O’Dell has been part of the FBF community since 2014 and stepped into ownership in 2015, but what keeps him here is the community itself. One of his proudest fitness moments was earning his first ring muscle-up after more than a year of dedicated practice—an achievement made even more meaningful by the overwhelming support and cheers from fellow members. His advice to anyone considering joining FBF is simple: don’t get caught up in what “Rx” says—show up, trust the coach, and scale movements to meet your abilities. You can usually find John coaching Thursdays at noon. An Army Brat with 13 years spent in the Department of Defense, John is especially passionate about being located on Ft. Benjamin Harrison and serving veterans and federal workers through fitness.
