Our flagship daily class. A 60-minute coached session that builds real-world strength and conditioning. Every workout is programmed to challenge you and scaled to meet you where you are — whether it’s your first class or your five-hundredth.

burn
High-energy, cardio-driven, and barbell-free. BURN classes are designed to push your conditioning and torch calories – typically 400-1,000 per session. No prior experience required. BURN is for everyone, and it shows.
skill development
barbell club
Work directly with our USAW Level 1 certified coaches to master Olympic weightlifting. Technique-first programming covering the snatch, clean & jerk, and supplemental Strongman and powerlifting work. Saturdays only – serious gains optional, good technique required.
