Performance

Functional fitness group classes. Improve strength, fitness, agility, and stamina in our daily 60 minute sessions.

At Ft. Ben, we allow new athletes to try 3 free classes prior to joining. Please ask for additional details.

*Punch Cards are good for 10 classes.

*In lieu of 12 month contracts, we have moved to monthly membership which require a 30 day notice to discontinue.

Barbell Club

Join our USAW Level 1 Coaches, to improve your Olympic lifting skills, as well as some Strongman and Powerlifting

Ft. Ben Burn

Burn is a 60 min focused on high intensity cardio and functional fitness movements. This style of class has historically burned more calories than a traditional Performance class, about 400-1000 calories (no barbell).  Burn is for everyone.

Heart Rate Monitors are available for purchase.
